- The arcade tournament is open for all who have purchased the entrance ticket. Additional registration fees are not required.
- Registration is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Only sixty-four (64) people will be accepted for the tournament. Registration will be closed after sixty-four people have signed up.
- The tournament will commence at 4:30 PM.
- The tournament have two (2) main divisions (one for Tekken 5 and one for Capcom vs. SNK 2), each having three (3) rounds, and one set of final rounds.
- In the first round, players will be divided into four (4) brackets of eight (8) players each. They will undergo a single battle elimination format, in which the loser will be automatically eliminated. Each fight will last for 3 rounds, with 60 seconds for each round.
- In the second round, the players will be re-grouped into 2
brackets again of eight (8) players each. This will also follow a
single battle elimination format. - The third round will have players paired off and will undergo a
best-of-three series eliminations. The one who will win 2 fights out
of three will advance to the next level. Each fight will last for 3
rounds, with 60 seconds for each round. - In the fourth round, the remaining players will be grouped again
into pairs and will undergo a best-of-three series eliminations. There
will now be 5 rounds, still with 60 seconds per round. - The remaining pair will continue on into the championship round
where they will have a best-of-three series with five (5) rounds and
90 seconds per round.
- The champions of both divisions will receive a certificate, a cash prize of Php 1,500.00 and a special gift. The runner-ups will also receive a certificate and a special gift.
- Players will be notified when the tournament will commence. Five (5) minutes will be given for the player to get to the arcade area. Failure to be present at the arcade area after the 5-minute allowance will result in subsequent disqualification. Substitutes are not allowed. The name registered will be the only one allowed to play.
- In case a participant is found to have committed an act of misconduct or have failed to show sportsmanship, he/she will be disqualified.
- In case of other matters that will arise not yet covered in this rule sheet, the tournament staff will have the final decision.
